Tropical Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked and boned chicken
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 c. chopped celery
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges
    13 oz. pineapple tidbits
    1 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or more
Preparation
    Cut chicken in chunks and combine with oil, orange juice and vinegar; let stand for 30 minutes. Add rest of ingredients.
