Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes or fresh
 
1 large pkg. marshmallows
1 bag coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Mash sweet potatoes.
 
Take a handful of potatoes with a marshmallow in the middle and shape into a ball.
Roll the potato ball in some coconut and pecans.
Do not grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Watch closely.
