Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Broil onion in margarine until onion is light brown.
    Pour into casserole and add remaining ingredients. Cover dish with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
