Dried Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. peach peelings
1 c. vinegar
7 c. sugar

Preparation

Put sugar and vinegar over peach peelings and let stand overnight.
Cook until thick.
Fill jars and seal.
Use to make fried pies.
