Zimmerinski - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
    12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Marinate sirloin in sherry, soy sauce and garlic for 1 hour. Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
    Stir-fry steak strips for 2 minutes.
    Push up onto side.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pull steaks back into vegetables and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add soup; stir until heated well.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6 depending on appetites.
    (Careful not to overcook steak.)
