Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 7 oz. pkg shell noodles
5 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Boil shell noodles in salted water and let cool. Cook eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt and juice of lemon together until thickened. Cool and then add 1 c. whipped cream. Cut up apples, grapes, bananas, oranges or can use mandarin orange sections and pineapple chunks. Add fruit to the shell noodles and pour cooled dressing over it just before ready to serve.
