Fluffy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef*
    1 c. dry bread crumbs (Italian style or you can use regular flavor)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. can tomato sauce (use some in loaf and some on top)
Preparation
    *You can change 1/2 pound of beef to 1/2 pound of lean pork (ground) for a variation.
