Cornflaked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mashed potatoes with onion salt or powder
    dash of pepper
    1 egg diluted with 2 Tbsp. water
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Roll potatoes in serving size balls.
    Coat with diluted egg. Roll in crumbs.
    When ready to bake, place on greased sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
