Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    black pepper to taste
    4 slices crumbled bread
    2 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover bottom with bread crumbs.
    In skillet, cook crumbled sausage and drain.
    Cover bread with sausage and cheese.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, dry mustard, pepper and salt.
    Pour over sausage.
    Cover with aluminum foil (leave on for 1/2 baking time).
    Refrigerate overnight.
