Oriental Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 1/3 c. light molasses
    2 Tbsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    In jar with screw-top lid, combine soy sauce, molasses, ginger, mustard, garlic powder and onion powder.
    Shake to mix. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to six weeks.
    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
