Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. curing salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form into roll and wrap in aluminum foil.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0
    for 1 hour, then turn oven to 450\u00b0
    for 15 more minutes.
