Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pork tenderloins (approximately 1 1/4 lb. each)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. water, divided
Preparation

Brown pork in heavy skillet.
Remove and place in oblong baking dish.
Add 1/2 cup water to skillet and onions, mushroom and celery.
Saute until tender.
Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon flour, add to vegetables.
Stir until thickened.
Pour veggies over meat, cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until fork-tender.
Serves 5 to 6. Serve with rice.
