Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 c. grits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can French fried onions
    1 can French-style green beans
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bring tomatoes to boil.
    Add grits; cover and set aside. Brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain.
    Add to tomatoes.
    Add vegies, beans and cheese.
    Pour into casserole; top with French fried onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
