Cherry Sauce - cooking recipe

1 c. cored, chopped apple
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/2 c. cherry preserves
3/4 c. apple cider
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix chopped apple, jelly and preserves in medium saucepan. Mix cider, vinegar, and cornstarch; stir into pan.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly until thickened, about 1 minute. Great over ham.
