Chocolate Lover'S Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar, divided
    1/2 c. Nestle cocoa
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 1 cup confectioners sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 measuring tablespoons milk and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
    Gradually add remaining confectioners sugar alternately with milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Fills and frosts one 8-inch layer cake.
