2 c. sliced peaches
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. Crisco, melted
1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
2/3 c. quick-cook oats
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip (for topping)
Preparation

Arrange peaches in oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice and cinnamon.
Dot with margarine.
