Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 pkg. Martha White jalapeno corn bread mix
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and drain fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce and taco sauce.
    Spread mixture evenly in casserole dish.
    Mix corn bread according to package directions, then add 1/2 of the French fried onion rings.
    Spoon corn bread and onion batter over the beef and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and top with grated cheese and the rest of the onion rings.
    Put back into hot oven for 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
    Serve hot.
