Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Russian or Catalina dressing
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. apricot preserves
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    12 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow pan.
    Mix together all the ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour. Baste during baking.
    (I cover with foil at about 40 minutes to keep chicken moist.)
    Recipe can easily be cut in half.
