Homemade Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. clabbered milk
salt to taste
melted butter or sweet cream (1 Tbsp. to the qt.)
Preparation

Place utensil with ingredients in a pan of hot water and heat until curd separates.
Don't boil.
When mixture gets too hot, it becomes tough.
Work in salt and cream.
Drain.
