Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage (cooked and drained)
1 1/2 c. hash brown potatoes (cooked slightly)
6 to 8 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 jar mushrooms
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk, soup, cheese and mushrooms in a bowl. In cooking dish, layer sausage then hash browns. Pour liquids over the top Refrigerate 1 hour before cooking. Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
