Pork-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium chopped onion
    paprika
    celery flakes
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a skillet, seasoning to taste.
    Put in one layer
    in\ta
    shallow 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients, then cover the pork chops with mixture. Cover baking dish
    with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes to
    1 hour
    and 30 minutes.
    After 2/3 of the cooking time, add a little more water if the rice needs more moisture.
