Fresh Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks fresh broccoli
    8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    firm tomato chunks
    cucumber slices
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Remove flowerets from broccoli; cut in bite-size pieces. Combine broccoli, mushrooms and all vegetables.
    Toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour over vegetables. Garnish with celery leaves and cherry tomatoes.
    Chill at least 3 hours.
