Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to directions on package until just tender.
    Drain.
    Place in a greased casserole.
    Mix onion, celery, cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Spread over vegetables. Melt oleo and mix with Ritz crackers crumbs.
    Spread on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
