Cajun Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cornmeal
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 eggs
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped
16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 cup oil
2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 lb. crawfish or shrimp tails
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add grated cheese, onions and peppers.
Add eggs and oil; mix.
Add creamed corn.
