Carolina Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind (glaze)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 box 4x sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk for thin glaze
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter in mixing bowl.
    Beat well until creamy.
    Add eggs.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together and add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add lemon juice and rind.
    Pour in greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
