Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Line pie shell with cheese, then sausage.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over sausage. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
