Easy Biafran Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chuck steak or roast
    1 whole chicken
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    28 oz. can tomatoes
    Tabasco sauce (1 stiff shot)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut up and brown chuck roast.
    Cut up chicken.
    Coarsely chop onion and green pepper.
    Put all ingredients in stew pot and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
