Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 qt. tomatoes, diced
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 tsp. hot Mexican chili powder
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained (do not rinse)
    4 oz. mushrooms
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, sugar, salt, oregano, basil, garlic and chili powder; simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook and drain spaghetti (do not rinse).
    Add to meat mixture and add mushrooms.
    Put 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Add remainder of meat mixture.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covering the first 20 minutes.
