Marzipan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. finely ground, blanched almonds
    1/4 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 egg white, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; knead smooth.
    Paste can be softened with a very little amount of lemon juice if it is too stiff.
    Let stand covered 24 hours before using.
    When ready to use, form into desired shapes.
