Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread, torn into pieces
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
Preparation
    Scramble and drain.
    Use 8 x 11-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Make 12 hours ahead.
    Can be frozen.
    For 1 1/2 recipe, use 2 pounds sausage.
