Oven-Fried Beef Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) lean top-sirloin steak, trimmed of all fat
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    8 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
Preparation
    Place steak in an ovenproof Dutch oven coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
    Remove steak from Dutch oven and let cool to touch.
