Bow Tie Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. large bow tie pasta, cooked
    2 c. asparagus
    1/2 c. nonfat mayo
    1/4 c. free Italian dressing
    1 large tomato
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 oz. Kraft light Colby cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    6 romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Pour dressing over pasta, asparagus, tomato and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate.
    Add Colby cheese just before serving; mix lightly.
    Arrange lettuce on serving platter.
    Top with pasta mixture.
    Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
