Gourmet Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced thin and cooked (may be chunks)
    1 sweet onion, sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine last 7 ingredients and beat for 3 minutes.
    Pour over carrots and onions.
    Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Keeps indefinitely.
