Sausage-Cornbread Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease 2-quart baking dish.
    Brown sausage and onions in skillet and drain well.
    Combine eggs, corn meal, milk and oil. Pour 1/2 of corn meal mixture into prepared dish.
    Sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese.
    Pour remaining batter over top and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 420\u00b0.
