Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. peach or apricot jello
Preparation

Drain the pineapple and oranges, saving the juice.
Combine with the eggs, sugar and flour.
Cook over low heat until thick. Add jello and stir until dissolved.
Cook before adding fruit and marshmallows.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Makes a large salad.
