Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked yellow squash
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    2 c. herbed stuffing mix
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Drain and save water from cooked squash. Add cheese; stir as it melts. Stir in stuffing, picante, onion and eggs. Add a little water from squash if it seems dry. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
