Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 or 16 oz.) carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 very small onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
grated or shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Brown onion in butter in skillet.
Add cream of celery soup. Cook carrots separately until almost tender.
Mix carrots with onion and soup mixture in baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Good.
