Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, trimmed
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion
    1 c. beef broth
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice steak into thin strips. Brown steak in butter in a large skillet.
    Remove from pan. Saute mushrooms and onions in pan drippings in skillet. Stir in steak and broth, heating to boiling point.
    Combine flour and sour cream in a small bowl, blending well.
    Add sour cream mixture to steak, blending well. Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over buttered noodles.
