Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. lime jello
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 large can pears
    1 regular size Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pears; save juice.
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot pear juice (add water to make 1 cup if need be).
    Mash cream cheese and pears.
    Add to jello.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Add Cool Whip and mix well.
    Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
