Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
4 cream cheese pkg. (12 oz.)
2 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
24 oz. pkg. vanilla wafers, crumbled
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix melted butter and vanilla wafer crumbs.
Form crust in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
While crust is cooking, mix eggs, cream cheese, granulated sugar and lemon juice.
Fill cooked crust with filling.
Return to oven for 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes).
Turn off oven; mix sour cream and powdered sugar.
Pour over cheesecake and return to cooling oven.
Remove in 15 minutes.
