Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium firm pears
    6 bell peppers (3 green and 3 red)
    6 hot peppers (3 green and 3 red)
    6 onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind pears,
    peppers
    and
    onions with coarse blade of food chopper.
    Add
    salt, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil well for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Put into hot sterilized jars and seal.
    Makes about 6 pints.
