J.J.'S Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, regular or red
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    2 carrots
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Shred first four ingredients in food processor.
    In mixing bowl, add last three ingredients with slaw mixture.
    Mix well. Place in refrigerator.
    For best results, leave overnight.
