Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (12)
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in water (chopped).
    Combine chopped chicken breasts, onion, mushrooms and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Fry each tortilla in butter.
    Put spoonful of chicken mixture in middle of tortilla and roll.
    Lay in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
    Pour over tortillas.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until cheese melts.
