Sausage Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. good bulk sausage
    3 c. hot cooked grits
    1 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch
    pan.
    Combine
    hot
    grits, cheese and butter.
    Stir until cheese
    and
    butter melts.
    Combine eggs and milk; stir into grits.
    Pour
    into
    sprayed casserole dish over sausage. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes about 15 servings.
