Chicken Cacciatore(For Low-Fat Diets) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. basil
    3 oz. water
    16 oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1/2 can mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, lightly brown skinned chicken in corn oil.
    Remove from skillet and place in baking dish.
