Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
7 oz. can crescent rolls
2 c. shredded Monterey, Cheddar, or Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Crumble sausage, cook and drain.
Line bottom of greased 9x 13-inch pan with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
This can be assembled the night before in pan and refrigerated, then baked the next morning for a quick and easy breakfast (just serve with juice and coffee.)
Great for when you have company.
You may use just one kind of cheese, or experiment with combining all three kinds.
