Bushrod'S Corned "Beast" Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corned beef (canned OK)
    potatoes, partially cooked
    chopped onions
    chopped garlic
    chopped celery
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic.
    Add corned beef (or any cooked \"beast\"), sliced potatoes and chopped celery.
    Cook until hash is heated through and potatoes are tender.
    Season to taste.
    For Red Flannel Hash, add chopped cooked beets (or canned).
