Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. diced celery
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce (or more if you like it hot)
    salt to taste
    cooked white rice
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Cook onions and pepper in butter until almost tender.
    Add celery and cook a little longer.
    Add water and tomato paste; simmer.
    Add shrimp and cook until done (about 5 minutes).
    Serve over white rice.
