Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
4 c. bread cubes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. seeded raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation

Heat milk to scalding.
Pour milk over bread cubes; cool.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 40 or 45 minutes.
Serve warm with cream.
Makes 6 servings.
