Chocolate Cake(Dark And Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sour milk (milk with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice)
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, the shortening and boiling water in microwave-safe bowl.
    Cover and microwave just until chocolate melts.
    Cool slightly.
    Add the sugar; mix.
    Add the flour; mix.
    Put the 1 tablespoon lemon juice in measuring cup. Add milk to 1/4 cup.
    Stir.
    Add soda; mix and add to batter.
    Mix well.
    Add egg; mix well.
    Batter will be very thin.
    Put in greased 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is done.
    Double for 2 layer cake.
